Share Market News Today | Sensex, Nifty, Share Prices LIVE: Domestic equity market benchmarks BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 were trading lower on Wednesday. The S&P BSE Sensex was hovering around 37,750, while the broader Nifty 50 index was trading below the 11,100. RIL shares were trading firm after the company announced to receive a fresh investment of Rs 5,550 crore from KKR in its retail business. Among other gainers were Infosys, HCL tech, Asian Paints, L&T, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, ITC. On the flip side, Bharti Airtel was the worst-performing stock, down over 8 per cent. Tata Steel, TCS, Power Grid Corporation of India, NTPC, ONGC and Bajaj-Auto were among other Sensex laggards. Barring Nifty Metal and Nifty PSU Bank indices, all the sectoral indices were trading in the positive territory. Nifty IT was the top sectoral gainer, led by Naukri, Mphasis, Wipro, Infosys and Mindtree.

Today is the last day to bid for CAMS and Chemcon Speciality Chemicals IPOs. The IPO of NSE-backed CAMS was subscribed 2.64 times so far on the final day of the offer. Among investors’ category, NIIs portion was subscribed 2.31 times and those of retail individuals investors 3.31 times. Chemcon Speciality Chemicals IPO subscribed 15.78 times so far on the final day of the bidding process. Retail investors have subscribed their portion 25.41 times, while NIIs subscribed 12.41 times. QIBs have subscribed 1.38 times.
